Attention Warwick Neighbors,

Thought you would find this story interesting that we recently read in our English newspaper, the Tico Times…..

The article was titled “Dog Rescuer Requests Emergency Assistance”. A local woman, who lives in a remote community southwest of San Jose, was sent notice from the Public Health Ministry requesting that she reduce the number of dogs on her property. Apparently there were complaints from the neighbors about the noise. She was asking for assistance from the community to adopt the dogs that she had originally rescued from the streets. If not she would release them back onto the streets, instead of having them put down.  Of her 86 dogs, she was seeking adoptions for 56 of them, as she is only allowed 30 on her property at one time. And we thought 10 were too many!!
